PABX Support Contract Options

A PABX support contract gives you the peace of mind of knowing that if your PABX or handset equipment fails, PABX Solutions Australia will guarantee replacement of the failed hardware within the nominated time frame. It also gives you the peace of mind of knowing that if any type of problem arises with your equipment, you need only call us for either over the phone assistance, or to book us for a service call, all at no additional cost.

We offer three different support packages for our PABX products – Gold, Silver, and Bronze. Each package offers varying amounts of support (both remote and onsite), and also offers a range of time frames for hardware replacement guarantees. Hardware replacement guarantees cover all hardware sold under the agreement, including the PABX, switch and handsets.

A support contract is a must for any organisation that cannot go without telephony services for extended periods of time.

Asterisk PABX Support Contract – Conditions:

Business Hours are defined as 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday
Business Days are defined as Monday to Friday
Next business day is defined as the next working day (between Monday – Friday) after an incident is reported
The hardware replacement guarantee includes both the replacement and re-installation of failed hardware. If the hardware is under warranty the replacement is free. If the hardware is out of warranty, the replacement item is chargeable.
Remote support is defined as PABX Solutions Australia providing support over the telephone
Onsite support is defined as a PABX Solutions Australia technician visiting the premises for the purposes of support
Remote support required outside of a support contract is charged, minimum of 1 hour
Onsite support required outside of a support contract is charged, minimum of 1 hour with a call-out fee applied.
How do I know that my computer is infected

PABX Solutions receive notifications from ACMA’s AISI (Australian Internet Security Initiative) detailing any of our users that are likely to be infected; you can also check whether you are infected by visiting the Australian Government website www.dns-ok.gov.au

What can I do to remove this from my computer?
